Preloved Vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Chantilly Crossbody Bag, MM

This is a beautiful Vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Chantilly MM. This cute cross body bag features the iconic monogram canvas and Vachetta  leather trim and has an adjustable long strap that can be worn cross-body or on the shoulder.  The shoulder bag unbuckles to a brown cross grain leather interior with a secure back zip pocket.

The classic Monogram Canvas has been Louis Vuitton's trademark design since it was first introduced in 1896, the Monogram's traditional look is also endured by its durability.

This is a beautiful vintage bag from January 1988 and is in great condition for its age. The Vachetta leather has developed a deep honey patina and does have darkening and marks and creasing throughout but is strong and durable. The canvas is in great condition with little signs of wear. Inside is clean with minor signs of use. The zip close rear pocket has has the thin leather coating removed as it has disintegrated with age (this often happens in older bags) therefore it is a soft cotton pocket.
